Notre Dame was freaking awesome. The fact that they got killed kinda put a damper on the trip but man this campus is amazing. Even if your not a fan you would still love this place. I have so mnay stories about a drunk friday night but i think i called everyone and told them hahaha.

Don't be surprised if the Panthers try to do something dramatic in the draft, like putting together a package to move up and take Notre Dame quarterback Brady Quinn with the No. 1 pick. The team is running out of patience with Jake Delhomme.

It's almost here and I can't wait which means the annual betting season also begins. Games I am currently liking at the moment are:

SCarolina -13 over NC State
OregonSt -3 over Stanford
Michigan -3.5 over Utah
Memphis +7.5 over Miss
Wisconsin -26.5 over Akron
OklahomaSt -7 over WashingtonSt
Clemson -5 over Alabama
KansasSt -24.5 over NorthTexas

JW's First Half Special

I don't know what the current 1st half line is for Florida & Hawaii, but I'm taking Florida no matter what it is. I'm gonna guess and say Florida is giving 17 to Hawaii.

If you would have listened to this last night, you would have split the South Carolina and OregonSt games. Not listed originally, but Temple -7 over Army is who I like tonight.

honestly its really not. you cant run a business they way they do. That old man you see in there sometimes that looks like a burn victim, hes the owner. The cameras in tehre also have a mic on them. They live right aroudn the corner from me and he sits at a computer which has the views of the cameras on them and looks a listens tot everything. If he sees something he doesnt like he calls. He calls 50 million times a day on sunday. He listens to other ppls conversations. We were talking about the quarter rule on sunday 5 mins later he comes in to bitch at his bartender about it.

by the way the quarter rule is at midnight they were raising prices a 25 cents just b/c ppl would be drunk and wouldnt know. Well we all found out about it from the bartender who is a friend. So at 11:55 we all walked out. Then i heard some guy found out about it and flipped out. I know its only 25 cents but come on. These ppl are known for being the town rip offs. They took over the town liquor store and ruined it by jacking up prices.

Anyway the place is under 24 hour surveillance by a guy who looks like jay mohr in mafia after the car bomb haha.(looked for a pic and couldnt find it) We go there b/c still its 10 time better the Crazys and its walking distance. The ppl who work there are cool the owner is a douche.

I'll go up for the game tonight. I don't remember if they had ESPN classic either, but I don't think we actually checked. We were just trying to find out if the Temple game was on TV I think.

shit, florida is giving 35 to hawaii. I still took it though, they're on the road and without Brennan hawaii is going to have no offense. Plus tebow is going to want to impress some people.
I took Miss. to cover the 7.5 against memphis.
East Carolina is getting 9.5 against VT, i'm going to go out on a limb and say they beat that spread.
Washington is getting 14 against Oregon, I'll take washington there.

I probably should've just played a few individual games, but instead I want with 3 parlay's of 4 teams each. I know there will be at least 1 in each of them that won't cover the spread by like half a point or something stupid like that.

The best thing about college football this year is that I've not heard 1 word about Notre Dame yet. I love it.

I heard something about Notre Dame and that is Charlie Weis is a fat mess. Ask Hack about that. ZING!

Do yourself a favor and bet on individual games, then bet the games you really like in a small parlay. That way if you hit the games you really think you are gonna win you will still end up a winner.
