very interesting demo, and actully i enjoyed what he had to say in his opening comments as well that i feel can be applied to a lot of different things other than programming.

this is certainly an interesting means of producing animation. as slick as it looks, its still very crude. however, i can see the potential with this in other forms of animation. i can see this type of software coupled with a kinect-like device where real-world hand motions can be applied to a digital model. of course, there is a fundemental disconnect with what i just said (and is even brought up slightly in his speech).

still very interesting demo.
