Hey Smorgers,

Your overseas Smorgin fool is enjoying life again. Egypt was a nightmare in itself in a lot of ways, and now that I am in China, it is becoming a distant memory.

There are some not so good things about China, but overall, the good outweighs the shit.

Just happy to enjoy life a little more again.

So what is the real Chinese food like compared to our Americanized stuff? I know it depends on the region you are in, but any thoughts?

The food is a bit different. Sichuan is about as close as it gets to US Chinese. Still, there's some good shit out there.

Casse, I got a decent VPN. No firewalls holding me down.

Been rocking out in Shanghai almost every weekend since coming here. 25 min bullet train away, it's the best big city i've ever been too. Then again, I haven't been to NYC, Philly, or Boston.
