Next time we're going to be playing one of two Indie titles from Zeboyd Games:

Cthulhu Saves the World
vs
Breath of Death VII

You can buy BOTH of these titles in a 2-Pack for $2.99 on Steam, or you can get a 4-pack to share with your friends on Gamersgate. They're also available through the XBL Indie store for 240 msp each.

No cheating on this one, because even if you do cheat, you're still buying both games. So take that.

Cool I've played a little bit of Cthulu so far. I'd happily play either of them though.

Both of these look pretty cool.

It would be a shame...CStW is the game that Zeboyd put more time into.

Here is a link to the OST (for FREE!)

http://zeboyd.com/2011/07/15/updated-ct ... of-charge/

Unfortunately BoF VII's music is licensed so they couldn't release it.

I guess if we're playing a game that happens to have an iOS version, knock yourself out? It would probably be cool to get your take on the game from that perspective if we're all playing it on other platforms.

just played a bit of cthlulhu rigt now. one thing i noticed right away was my lack of enjoying that type of game any more. there used to be a time when i would love an RPG, like the first FF games, but the moment i started seeing stats and numbers, my eyes just glazed over. that said, i found myself enjoying the fun nostalgia factor here as its clearly out to have a good time. also, its evident that the game dev(s) were looking to make a fun, light experience as you basically get all your health and magic back after a fight.

Yeah Frank I know what you mean. I used to love that style of game but I feel like I got tired of it. That's why I'm not taking part for this one. I feel like I would just be too negative no matter what.
