I just tried the new Merge Posts option and it worked.
JW made 2 Stern related posts in the Sirius/XM Merger thread instead of the Stern thread so I checked them off and merged them into the correct thread and it worked. I've been wanting the ability to do that for a while now. Good stuff.

quick reply feature would be cool if you could get that in. And im guessing when i hit the view new posts button all the old post will be gone after you get everything worked out. B/c i guess since i keep it logged in even though i read the post they stay on that page

it used to show the whole list even if you viewed them all unless you closed your internet browser.
because in work i leave a window open so i would see every single new post in that list even if i already viewed them. the new ones would just be lit up at the top of the list like they are now. but yeah now even when i close the internet browser now on this new board, it still shows me a big list of new posts today even if i viewed them hours ago.

its kind of a nice convenience to only see unviewed posts when you click View New Posts but i dont mind the whole list being there with a mixture of viewed from earlier and unviewed.

steve, i dont know if you're done for the night but i think the main forum page would look better if the different sections were left aligned instead of center. just a thought.

EDIT: actually you're probably not done because the posts are center aligned now and i dont think they were before. haha hey just trying to point out some things if i notice.

so i guess in IE my posts get centered and in Firefox my posts are left aligned. So when I'm at home you'll see centered posts by me and when I'm at work you'll see them on the left. hahaha not a big deal just felt like bringing it up.
for the time being each person has to go ito their profile and manually enter the width and height of their avatar. i'm working with our host to turn on some server function that will enable it to happen automatically, hopefully they will.
how come for some of us it doesnt show Most Active Forum and Topic in our Profile. Is that something that was enabled or disabled? I'm curious as to what mine is.
