I decided to try out a Monk and I think I might stick with it. I played him up to the first "Stranger" mission before calling it a night but I really enjoyed the pacing of it. I decided to try it out after I realized how oddly I was playing my Wizard. I was basically running him like a Monk running in with Spirit Blades and then when I inevitably got close to death I would use that force push thing, Diamond skin, then back up and Ray of Frost dudes. I can run in with the Monk and just do the first part of that much more effectively now and I am much more durable and having the heal is nice. My only tough call right now is do I use Fists of Thunder with the teleport rune where you can fly in and do immense damage to one enemy at a time or do I use Deadly Reach which does less damage but hit more enemies at once. Tough call, I just keep switching lol.

I might switch the that crippling wave strike thing when I unlock the cyclone strike (pulls all the enemies toward you) since the Crippling strike has a wide hit radius.

Yeah i melee'd with my wizard throughout regular playthrough, but it was delaying the inevitable. gotta focus on slowdown for enemies then run and attack.

And yeah dante my friend has a lvl 58 barb, 30k hp 10k armor and 5k dps, and he abandoned it in hell.

6.3 million copies sold and it's the fastest selling PC game of all time.

Well deserved IMO.

At least that one stock I own that hasn't tanked in the past month. It hasn't really gone anywhere but at least it hasn't died.

Yeah, I've had it for years now and it's still at the same spot. At least they pay decent dividends.

I'm fine with always online as long as it prevents what they want to prevent, which apparently it's doing a shitty job at.

Well I guess there's some shit about people being able to access your account or account info or something by playing with you once.

Legendary shoulder drop! Wooooo! I was so incredibly close to not picking it up. I only noticed it in a corner as I was running for my life.

I love how the backlash is big but you know these people bought the game, it's not like blizzard pulled a fast one on them and nobody knew about it.

Dammit I keep seeing videos of different characters in youtube videos and I keep getting the urge to roll a new guy. I'm thinking about trying a Witch Doctor, at least till level 10.

How old is your shit? I'm playing on a computer from 2005/6.

Like I'm running Vista with a Intel Core 2 Duo CPU @ 2.66GHz, with I believe 3 gigs of RAM. The newest part of my computer is my graphics card, a Nvidia GeForce 9800GT that I had to get cause my old card had some kind of fan malfunction and fried.

It runs almost perfectly for me. I have everything as high as it goes except for Shadow Quality and Clutter Density.

Yeah, I ran everything on max on my 4 year old machine and everything was okay. Maybe it wasn't max, but it was close. My graphics car is pretty new though. But that's about it. I only have 6 GBs of DDR2 RAM.

Just beat act 1 in hell, decided to forgo all vitality and go all out dmg, 12k life and 7k dps. Unless you're melee this is probably the way to go.

I'm still only on normal (level 27, Act 3, just beat Grom). But I could see going for dmg over vitality with my Witch Doctor since I have the zombie dogs and the gargantuan to tank.

I'm pretty much pure damage with my current Witch Doctor. My base damage is like 1500, which makes things die quickly. Act 3 champions are still pretty tough, but I roll with dogs, fetish dolls, and the gargantuan with rage mode. I don't like the monsters to get close to me.
