That's what I keep hearing! I heard it was like 10 bucks on Steam? If I had a decent PC I may have done it. Maybe one day I'll get it.

It's ten dollars on amazon right now, but you activate the download on steam.

I'm sure the game is perfectly fine on consoles, I actually played it with a 360 controller.

Quantum Conundrum. Hmmm. I really liked the puzzle mechanics. Cycling through the different dimensions was really interesting. The puzzles themselves were fun too. Clever and most of the time very satisfying to execute. Using slow-mo and reverse gravity to surf on furniture was always a fun time. I liked the look of the game, the way changing dimensions thematically altered the enviroment got a chuckle out of me a few times, especially how the paintings would change. The story and music really fell flat though. I didn't care why I was figuring out these puzzles, and your uncle is a real dick for someone who desperately needs your help. The song that plays over the credits made me want to throw my computer out of the window. awful. Also, don't click that "do a thing" button on the main screen. Pure nightmare fuel.

I also beat Theatrhythm a few days ago. It's a rhythm game, so beating it doesn't really mean shit, I still have a bunch of stuff to do, and lots of characters to max out and songs to unlock. Still, I got credits, so it's going on the list. I'd say if you are a big Final Fantasy and rhythm game fan, you need to get this game. If you are lukewarm on either of those, I'd say give it a look, but don't expect it to take over your life. As a rhythm game, it has a pretty low difficulty ceiling, and the music probably won't do much for you if you don't have fuzzy memories of playing Final Fantasy games. It's super niche.

I think I'm nearly finished the section section of QC. How far into do you think I am? Also, using your wrap up for the show on Thursday.

There are 4 major sections and a small epilogue type section that is pretty short. I was actually getting a little annoyed with the length when the epilogue bit showed up, but I finished it in 30 minutes. No big deal.

Finally completed every puzzle in Pushmo last night. I've been playing this game on and off since March. Some of the later puzzles are EXTREMELY tricky. To be honest I never thought I'd complete the game, but I did it. I checked my total time and it was a little over 15 hours. That's the most time I've put into any game I've gotten off the eShop. I might fool around with some of the puzzles that people have made. But yeah, sweet game, I really loved it.

Doom 64

Never been a fan of how doom 64 controlled (much easier on PC), but nostalgia was off the charts for this. I've always been a fan of how creepy/eerie doom was, it can be hard to figure out where to go sometimes, and you never know what the fuck is going to jump out at you next. Game scared the shit out of me when i was a kid.

Doom 64 is pretty neat. It's very different for a Doom game. I like how it's much more atmospheric than the original ones, and it's also cool how the bad guys got a total make over (for better or worse). By the time Doom 64 came out, there were like a million Doom 1 and 2 add ons and it was always the same bad guys, where as Doom 64 felt like the proper Doom 3 follow up at the time.

I only rented it when it came out on 64. I picked it up a few years ago and played it for a few minutes, but I never really sunk the time into it. I'd love to one day, but I doubt that will ever happen.

Finished Celestial Mechanica for Game Club tonight. Took me, according to the games timer, 54 minutes to get through. Really, REALLY short. On top of that, it's kind of a disaster. Graphically it looks good, and the music might be the best part but shiiiiiit what a let down. Expect me to fully unload on this game in two weeks. :|

Im going to try and ROM (or if it's on the ps3 or xbox store) doom 3, never played that one either, beat the computer ones and the 64 one now. The atmosphere of doom is pretty great.

I didn't realize Doom 64 had different sprites for bad guys. Also, yeah Doom 3 is ridiculous that you had to have your flash light out or your weapon. I remember that one part where you had to escort that one guy with the lantern through the dark area and if he dies, you have no light.

I may have been the only one that didn't mind switching to the flash light. It kind of added a neat survival horror element to the game. It changed the pacing of the game a lot, though I guess for most people that is a bad thing. I think the flash light was the least of Doom 3's problems though. It's pretty boring, basically has one environment, and is too long for what it offers.

Oh and Russ, yeah Doom 64 had all new everything. The sprites were pretty cool at the time. They pulled a Donkey Kong Country and converted CGI art into 2D sprites. They looked neat at the time, but they're kind bad looking today. I much prefer the original designs and art now, but for the time it was really cool. I also liked how the music went from 90s grunge rip off tracks to creepy sounds and shit. The game is kind of like a cross between Doom and Quake.

I picked this game up a week or two ago and forgot I had it. I went to play it last night and I couldn't stop playing it. I laughed pretty hard when my stats came up because only 22% of people saved the slacker instead of the woman news reporter. I saved the guy thinking the woman could use her pistol to take out the one zombie that had her ankle. HAHAHA. I just downloaded part two and most likely play through that tonight. I'm having a blast with this game.

Me and Dante beat the campaign for OMD2 yesterday, still just as fun as the first game.

Death to Spies is a really hard and jankier version of Hitman, still pretty fun though.
