Well, Jarrett posted on the PP forums to give fans a long overdue update on whats going on with purepwnage, unfortunately it's not good news.

Hey everybody,
Sorry for not updating sooner, there's no excuse for the lack of communication from ROFLMAO Productions and I can only try my best to remedy that going forward. It's not easy coming to these forums only to deliver bad news, and very easy to wait and wish for some good news before saying anything at all.
re: TV - Showcase has opted not to renew a second season of the TV show. While we do have the opportunity to sell the show to a new network, it is extremely unlikely that this will happen. The networks which I felt are the strongest fit have already declined (G4, Spike, MTV). There will be a DVD of PPTV season 1 released sometime in March, although it will contain only the as-aired episodes, the production blogs and the mail sac videos. Nothing new and nothing to get excited about.
re: Web - After struggling to continue the web series myself, I've now placed it on indefinite hold. While this doesn't mean it's officially 'dead', that is unfortunately the most likely outcome. In hindsight I suppose I should have stopped work on the web series along with Geoff back in September 2008. In the end, my desire to finish the series only served to heighten your disappointment. I'm sorry for that. I wasn't and will never be comfortable leaving the story where it is, although that's something I might just have to accept.
re: Movie - I have pushed many times over the past year for ROFLMAO to begin production of a Pure Pwnage feature-length movie, especially since the TV show's cancellation. I'm still waiting to hear back from Geoff.
re: Game - FunForged's financing ran dry many, many months ago and has reverted to a 'weekend warrior' project. Progress has been very slow as everyone involved was forced to take on full-time work elsewhere. I continue to seek additional funding to ramp up development, but it's not an easy task, particularly in this economic climate.
My hope that Pure Pwnage will see a proper ending to its illustrious web series has nearly vanished. I've let Geoff know that should he be willing at any time to resume some of his traditional, critical roles on the web series I will fly home to Toronto in a heartbeat to help make it happen. In the meantime I am spending some much needed quality time with my girlfriend and son (!), traveling to warm places and escaping the harsh Canadian winter, while trying to figure out what comes next on this wild ride called life. I want to extend a big hug and thank you to Stacey, Joel, Miranda, Dave, Monica, Mark, Big Bad Bill, and all the other good people in my life that helped keep my morale up these past two years.
I will respond to questions in this thread and will keep you updated on any and all new projects I'm involved in.
