You sure do got a pretty mouth!

They need to get back to pushing the main storylines again. The episodes are good on their own, but the lack of continuity is kinda hurting right now.

I saw the preview for this episode and I would like to say that HOUSE already did this many seasons ago with Foreman. It was a spectacular episode.

yeah it was a good fill in the blanks type episode.
the whole thing was a flashback to 1985 and showed how Walter took alternate Peter.
good stuff.

I thought this was a great episode that filled in some good cracks, yet we didn't see Leonard Nimoy making a cameo.

The whole 80's thing was great. I really loved the intro. How the future was going to hold "3D" and "Virtual Reality", and how the 6-fingered hand only had 5 this time.

I like it a lot. The last one was awesome.
As long as they stick with the main story then its really good but they go off on tangents sometimes.

Just caught up on the 2 I missed. Pretty good stuff. The 80's intro was cool. And anyone notice that it was Diane Kruger in the beginning of the last weeks? And she said the guys name could of been Gorlami. haha. Little Basterds reference.

I knew it was her but didnt pick up on the reference. Nice.
I think she goes out with Joshua Jackson so thats probably why she just did a quick cameo.

Robocop was pretty good in this one.

One thing I like about the small characters in Fringe is that most of the time they are victims who are not trying to do harm, they are just wanting to make things right. Peter Weller was a good example of this. He just wanted to save his fiancee from the car crash. and didn't know that people were remaining dead even though he kept traveling back in time.

This show has grown on me.

Leonard Nimoy will no longer appear in Fringe, or acting at all anymore.

From MSNBC.com

Quote:
Leonard Nimoy plans to live long and prosper — in retirement.

The longtime “Star Trek” actor, who originated the iconic role of Mr. Spock in the ‘60s TV series and the film franchise that followed, told The Toronto Sun he wants to “get off the stage.”

“I don’t think it would be fair to Zachary Quinto,” he said of his successor, who played a younger version of Spock in last year’s “Star Trek” reboot. “He’s a terrific actor, he looks the part, and it’s time to give him some space. And I’m very flattered the character will continue.”
Story continues below ?advertisement | your ad here

Nimoy, 79, isn’t just done “Trekking” — he told the paper that his role on TV’s “Fringe” is finished as well.

“I was away from acting for 12 years, so I guess I was seducible,” he said of his part as Dr. William Bell on the FOX show. “But since (producer) J.J. Abrams revived the ‘Star Trek’ franchise, I felt I owed him something. And I’m glad I did it because he promised me a good story, and it was.”

Now, he said, he’s ready to step away from acting entirely.

“I’ve been doing this professionally for 60 years,” he said. “I love the idea of going out on a positive note. I’ve had a great, great time.”

Good for him. I was really hoping to see a little bit more of him as Dr. Bell though. Maybe he shot some stuff before he announced this, and there will still be glimpses of him later this season.

I caught a couple episodes of this show and enjoyed it, so one of my buddies lent me the first season on dvd. I'm really liking it. Walter cracks my shit up.
