Got rid of some old tennis racquets today on the bay. Cleaning up slowly but surely.

Did i really sell him a defective unit? It just died after he used it for a while... I had it since 2006, so would it be considered defecitve, or just ended it's life cycle?

I still say you need to check the serial numbers and make sure they match. How does it break after only a few hours of use? The Wii is a pretty durable piece of equipment.

I mean, even if it did somehow break, why is that my problem? I put "as is" and "no returns" because technology just dies every once in a while. I offered a partial refund but he's adamant about being a little jerk.

Yeah I don't see how any of that is your problem, it worked when it left your house.

Isn't your dad a lawyer? Tell him to write on his letter head "go fuck yourself" in lawyer terms.

okay, here's what went down.

He returned it, ebay told me to eat shit.

The wii comes back with a dent, and it has black stuff all over it, and scratched.

not to mention it still runs games fucking fine.

I call ebay and they give me a full refund, while they investigate the buyer.

So i guess I win, i get a wii and some cash.

Thats cool eBay refunded you. It's amazing how he just destroyed it within a few days. Unreal.

At least you can play Skyward Sword now!

If you downloaded any games it'll be easy to know if it's your Wii.

I didn't download, but at this point he has no wii, I don't have to refund him any money so he can eat shit. Also I'm going to beat skyward sword wii or no wii.

he might have put it up his ass because it has lots of brown/black smears...

Threw some more items up on eBay.

http://www.ebay.com/sch/giggas1/m.html? ... ksid=p3686

Put them up there so I could get some more money in my other bank account so I could get a table at MAGFest. Then I see today that MAGFest is already booked. Sooooo uhhh yeah.

Only thing that makes me sad is the Metroid Prime OST, but whatever.

No but I will. If not I'll get it off the net. I'm not that concerned about it.

Shit I forgot that some dude asked me to take some more photos of the stupid Saba sword. I guess he wants to see the damage up close.

Take a badass shirtless pic of the you staring angrily in the camera with the sword in your mouth. Do it.

So I sold a few of my items the other night. Didn't make as much as I hoped, but oh well. I was surprised the Saba sword didn't go, there were a ton of watchers on it. Guess when I put up the pics of the damage it scared people. BUT the guy that asked for the pictures and wrote back saying he'd buy it for 20 including shipping. I don't know if that means he's going to give me 20 dollars total or also factor in the shipping, but either way I don't care. It was going to get thrown out after this anyway.
