Hurt it in work on monday came home put some icy hot on it and it was fine played golf it was fine. When i went to bed it was killin me and then when i got up for work this morning it was fine. then in work again i felt it go but not bad. Then tonight in hockey my seocond shift i hurt it bad. And now its insaen pain. Feels like someone is stabbing me whenever i move

dude there is nothing worse than a bad back. i ted to pull the same muscles i the same spot about ee thee months or so. i've been working from home this week, and i'm not used to sitting at my desk for long hours. its been killing my back. i just chilled out to a movie with the heating and that seemed to help it some though.

get some advil liqui-gels. they help a little.

Theres nothing worse then a pulled muscle in a back, I've only done it once or twice usually when digging in work and not trying to stretch out a little. Boy does it hurt like a mother.

every time i turn my body or raise my arms it feels like someone stabbed me in the back

last night at our hockey game i took a shot and i felt it go and was like oh shit. So i jumped off and it was hurtin so bad i couldnt stand up. So i took the next 2 shifts off and if felt a little better. So i went out on my next shift and the only thing that made it feel fine was actually playin. But i guess now im paying the price for that

I haven't heard too much about your back Phil after you got your treatment so I had just assumed that it worked. Having any sort of chronic injury just sucks ass. You're never the same again afterwards. At least that's what I hear.

i felt like this a couple days ago it was the flu, my neck hurt and my stomach n back felt like someone was stabbin me it would come then go for like 3 days....then the black hershey squirts came....not pretty had the same thing happen to me last yr...i hurt so bad couldnt go into work for 8 days and u guys kno how i luv working... could be that ....its goin around
