I love when people call up and ask how much is on a gift card for places like Best Buy, FYE, Gamestop, ETC. They get so confused that they can't use one of those gift cards here. People here are just retards.

Thats like when this lady called Six Flags to get directions to Hurricane Harbor. I wanted to tell her to call them instead, but I'm supposed to be Guest Ready at all times, and Knowledgeable, so I had to give her directions.

I hate when my lunch gets spoiled when Susan Smith, Ray Porch, or Howard walk in. I feel like I'm going to vomit what I just ate right up.

UGH!!!!! Susan Smith comes in and buys her damn DSi and then says she is going to do some shopping. She comes up to the counter and gives me a few things. She said can you put these on layaway and then gave me a movie that I thought she wanted to buy today. She just comes in buys one thing at a time then puts like 7 things on layaway every time. I'm sick of seeing her face and her asking what her F.UCKING ballance is everytime!!! She can't take $10 off of $170 herself!?!?!?!

It seems like that town is stuck in 1997. I didn't know layaway still existed.

Howard came in and grossed me out. Once again he was breathing on my arm and smelled like something rotten. I gave him his change and he touched my hand with his sweaty hands....ugh!!!!

I just had this mother come in with her two sons. The youngest kid sounded like a broken record picking up all kinds of stupid things saying "Mommy...I want this. I want this. I want this...mommy!!!!!!!!" He picked up dvds, accessories, and even the Twilight Princess strategy guide. I hate whiny kids who aren't disiplined. The woman had a frown as long as the Mississippi and just seemed so angry that she was anywhere with these kids. Oy!

Today has started off with an annoying kid who keeps bringing in garbage thinking he will get some good money for it. He was in the parking lot riding his bike around and knocking on the window asking if I was open. I told him come back later. I guess later in his mind meant ten minutes. I was still closed and doing things around the store before I opened. When I finally opened he traded in his junk for $3. He started asking questions about trade in values.

"How much do I...how much would I get if...what if I trade in Starsky and Hutch?" Almost every question was like that. Then he asked if we took bootlegs but how he mumbled it, he sounded like he was saying blu-discs...meaning blu-ray. When I finally understood him I was like are you really asking me this question. This kid really tries my patience. He has come in about 3 times in the last few days. I haven't seen this kid up until now. I can't wait for school to start up!

If it's the kid I think it is, he just came in and tried to sell me some bootlegs. 1 hour left.

One of you should pick up the phone and pretend to call the cops on him.

The only way he's gonna learn is when he gets caught. Far be it from me to stifle this child's growth.

I seriously hate this fat black guy with his stupid bucket hat. He always gives me shit! Trades in games and expects $5-10 each game. He was like these are all old shits and I don't tell me you are going to give me $10 total. It was going to be $14 something. He is such a dick!

You got to take a page from the book of Russel Casse, savior of the human race, destroyer of aliens.

yeah, that's an awful deal. He should be paying... [Louie B] for taking it off his hands. I mean, don't we pay taxes to the garbage collectors?
