Always one of my favorite songs by them and for whatever reason I never took the time to learn it, until today.

Damn, let us know how that goes. By the sound of it, it looks difficult.

I learned 2 Ween songs tonight on guitar. Baby Bitch and The H.I.V. song.

They're not super hard, but they are really fun to play and sound great. It feels good to be learning more songs after playing the same ones over and over forever.

Sweeeet man.

I want to learn how to write music. I need to take some sort of music lessons. I'm enjoying this song.

That is really rad. I load up my tracker every once in a while, but it's really hard for me to get back into that type of songwriting mindset.

Keep at it PD. The world needs more chip tunes.

An embarrassing avatar needs to be made for people that still don't know how to do that.

Bring this back, at least for myself. I just spent the past hour learning Lon Lon Ranch on the guitar. I forgot how much of a pain it was to make things sound good on an acoustic.

The timing for the solo is a little different since it's not completely 4/4 time. It takes a lot of practice to the fast part down right with the timing.

I've finally gotten down Vanille's theme to the point where it sounds okay and not utter trash. The end still needs more polishing but at least it sounds semi decent now. I'm trying to learn To Zanarkand now since that one is pretty easy as well. I also can play a shitty version of Mario 3 world 1-2 right now. Need a lot more practice on that one. Also been trying to learn Rosalina's story theme from Mario Galaxy as well as Zora's theme from Zelda 64. Learning stuff on the keyboard takes a hell of a longer for me than the guitar that's for sure.

And yeah, Larrs sucks. His drumming really is not very impressive.

Well everything on recording obviously will sound perfect. It's a recording for a reason.

And if you want to play with other people, you always have to listen to the drumming.

I am pretty certain that even the recordings are not very accurate, from when I used to do note charts in Guitar Hero. I took a shot at charting Master of Puppets once, and it was a mess. It's not obvious unless you sit there with a metronome and try and follow the recording.

It's not completely in 4/4 time. You can't do that with a metronome because every time that extra off time comes in, you become completely off. If you want to do note charts for guitar hero, the best is probably to use the sheet music or get a guitar pro version of it so you can see the time signatures.
