Very cool. I'll definitely try to get in on this, but knowing me, I won't finish any game!

I can't believe Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project is one of the choices. This is definitely a cool idea. But I'm not sure how many people are actually going to participate. The Art Tuesdays thing pretty much fell flat and that was free and required much less time to participate.

That's a good point, but it's much easier to play a video game than to have the patience to teach yourself how to draw, but yeah I agree about the price. Even I'm a bit concerned about the spending, but we'll see how it goes.

hahahaha. In all seriousness, the Art Tuesdays thing occurred to me. First and foremost this is a podcast. Phil and I will play the game and record a podcast about it even if no one else does. Will it make for good listening? We'll have to see...

So is this thing weekly? That seems like a very short amount of time for me, let alone you guys with jobs and babies.

Bi-weekly is the current plan. We'll record every other Tuesday and the episode will go up Thursday. We're also going to be targeting relatively short games most of the time. There might be a case where we pick a game that is long enough that it warrants spanning 2 podcasts. We'll see.

I love this idea. I have Rayman already, so my choice is already made.

There is also a version of Rayman that is downloadable through DSiWare for those that want to go that route. And of course the PSN one can be played on PS3 or PSP.

Can we safely assume that Rayman is the game? I have a 20 dollar PSN gift card I've been sitting on, might as well use it on Rayman!

yeah, 8 to 2 seems likely that it'll be rayman. it's not like there's more than 10 people who frequent these days.
