Also this part has been killing me. During the trial the Defense was attempting to make it look like, Caylee drowned, and then this guy who found the body put the duck tape on to make his find bigger.

But just today he brings up how crazy unique this specific duct tape is and how it belonged to George Anthony (her father) but wait, Casey lives in that house, so what? Does George lock his tape up in a safe?

There were 3 pieces of duct tape present. Why 3? 1 would be enough to shut a kid up, 3 is sinister.

If Caylee drowned why would the family put duct tape over her mouth? Baez claims that that is how the Anthony's buried dead pets. That's fucking unbelievable.

If they don't at least get one of the child abuse or manslaughter I'll be pissed. She definitely did it.

I knew she would be found Not Guilty. They didn't have enough really solid evidence.
They know something was up, but unless they have Casey sitting at the computer researching how to kill (or fake a murder scene to get away with an accidental death) or her fingerprints on the duct tape around the kid's mouth or something. Then they couldnt risk sending an innocent woman to death.

Didn't the prosecution not follow procedure? was some evidence inadmissible? Even if it's obvious too a jury that somebodies guilty, if there's not definitive evidence the defense can always sway them to a not guilty

I blame the investigators and the police, seems like they're completely incapable of figuring anything out. The Prosecution worked with what they had which was apparently a bag of bones with duct tape across the mouth.
