new HBO show about horse racing, betting and all the shit going on behind the scenes.
Dustin Hoffman and Nick Nolte are the 2 most noticeable names but other guys are in it too.
It starts January 29th but they showed the first episode after the season finale of Boardwalk Empire.
Its from director Michael Mann (Heat) and writer David Milch (Deadwood).

It was OK. Kind of confusing because they go into a lot of betting talk and it was losing me.
The race scenes were pretty intense and I can tell Nolte and Hoffman are gonna be great.

And it was already renewed for Season 2.

I thought it was good, Im gonna continue to watch, Dustin Hoffmans character seems pretty aweome, im curious to see what direction it goes.

Second episode was a lot better and the third was decent.

Sucks. It took like 4-5 episodes but I was really starting to get into it.
Looks like they were partially done filming episode 2 of Season 2 and they're still going to air the 2 episodes as the series finale.
